Responsibilities:

  • Represent Hilton Grand Vacations with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm at top local attractions and events.
  • Offer personal recommendations on local hotspot restaurants, events, and must-see attractions.
  • Engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective guests (no cold calling!) and invite them to our award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
  • Incentivize guests with exclusive offers and experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and deposits.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards while delivering exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and identities. If you’re passionate, persuasive, and ready to grow, we want to meet you.

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, brand ambassadorship, or marketing preferred—but we’ll train the right candidate.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Resilient and confident in overcoming objections.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and driven by results.
  • Comfortable using smart devices and digital tools.
