Safe Software is looking for a Marketing Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key stakeholder you will enable the successful adoption and optimization of HubSpot as our new Marketing platform. In addition to full platform utilization, this role will ensure operational alignment between marketing, sales, customer success, and finance, owning workflows, reporting frameworks, systems integrations, and technical support related to HubSpot and broader marketing operations.
The role of our Marketing Revenue Operations Manager is highly collaborative, designed for someone who thrives in a team environment. You will use your past experience in gathering requirements and challenges from diverse cross-disciplinary stakeholders to develop solutions aimed at meeting Safe’s business goals.
The successful candidate will help us leverage the investment we have made in Hubspot, marketing automation, and other technologies to transform our customer and prospect data into knowledge and key insights and recommendations which will optimize the performance and measure the effectiveness of our Marketing programs and campaigns. You will assist in developing processes, systems and infrastructure to boost marketing productivity and efficiency enabling Safe to accelerate revenue growth.
About The Team
As a part of the Revenue Operations team, you’ll join a group of cross-functional experts including Revenue Operations Managers, Hubspot Architects, and Administrators. This team collaborates closely to deliver seamless support across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by combining strategic insight with technical execution.
The Revenue Operations team is responsible for driving process optimization, maintaining and evolving our CRM infrastructure, leading system integrations and automation efforts, managing data and reporting frameworks, and ensuring consistent alignment between revenue-generating functions and overall business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing Revenue Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for driving key marketing led projects within the Revenue Operations function.
- Lead successful implementation and full adoption of the HubSpot platform for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales and customer success needs.
- Support Marketing to identify the business processes which need improvements or require efficiencies.
- Partner with CMO and key stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver marketing operations initiatives.
- Establish processes and drive process improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, automation, and ROI across marketing efforts.
- Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to support data-driven campaign and funnel insights.
- Support the development of scalable lead management and nurturing workflows
- Act as a primary contact to coordinate cross-functional collaboration on go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensure documentation, training, and change management practices are in place for new tools and processes.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in current operations, bringing forward recommendations based on industry best practices and new developments (i.e. AI)

Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Computing Science, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5 - 7 years experience in a similar role.
- 2 - 5 years experience with HubSpot.
- Exceptional negotiation skills exhibiting a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- A team player - you are able to work independently as well as in a team.
- A self-starter – you are able to set schedules, manage deadlines and risks to deliver on assigned projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and dynamic environment – you are not afraid of fast-paced change!
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
- HubSpot Marketing Software certification is an asset.
