Position Requirements

  • This role operates within the production plant, and will spend approximately 70% of work time on the floor
  • Monday – Friday, Day shift
  • May be required to work flexible hours to support emergency and shift requirements

Where You Come In

  • Perform monthly inventory counts and associated reconciliation in the production and storeroom area(s) to support operational requirements
  • Provide support for audits and internal processes
  • Plan and order raw materials in order to ensure supply targets are maintained and replenish raw material inventory within production areas
  • Process transactions related to the receipt of materials
  • Manage printing plates, including tracking, inspection and filing of the plates
  • Process courier shipments and in house label printing
  • Perform back up responsibilities to purchasing and storeroom functions

Ideal

  • Post Secondary education in business, warehouse, or inventory management with 3 years relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and is a self starter and self directed with responsibilities
  • Strong analytical skills to maintain inventory, and perform transactions with high degree of accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a Manufacturing plant environment with the ability to physically handle and lift materials for deliveries and analysis
  • Experienced and comfortable operating a forklift
