Perks & Benefits
- $31.21 - $52.50 per hour or $107,000 - $120,000 annually

- For Laborers: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to operate mobile equipment; industrial experience an asset
- For Millwrights: Red Seal Certification; 5 years of heavy industry experience; welding/fabrication preferred
- For Supervisors: 5+ years in maintenance leadership; strong team management and planning skills; trades/engineering background
- Experience in pellet, board, or bioenergy production environments
- Demonstrated safety leadership and OH&S involvement
- Technical proficiency with CMMS systems and mobile equipment
- Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement
