Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Oversee department operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve department goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Manage people

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

  • Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

Work Location: In person
