Compensation Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be more than a sales representative, you will be a trusted advisor, a community connector, and a champion for small business success.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking, you are always on the hunt.
  • Manage your territory like your own business, building and maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing members.
  • Meet with business owners, understand their needs and refer them to CFIB’s services.
  • Become a subject-matter expert and stay informed about our resources, business issues, and policy updates impacting SMBs.
  • Represent an organization that business owners trust and seek for guidance.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience working with small businesses is a strong asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
