Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Member Services Representative and be a key contributor to creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that enriches the lives of our team members and community. If you're passionate about fitness, excited about delivering exceptional customer service, and driven by a shared purpose, we want you on board.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively attract new business through member referrals, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, and telephone inquiries, ensuring consistent follow-up on sales leads.
  • Exceed personal sales goals by leveraging effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Demonstrate unwavering integrity and adherence to company core values in all interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing members' accounts and booking Crunch One Kick Offs.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for co-workers, members, and guests at all times.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, friendliness, and ambition in all interactions.
  • Handle phone calls with courtesy and professionalism, making outbound calls for trial passes and other leads.
  • Maintain a clean facility and promptly address member requests and issues.
  • Greets all members and guests with a smile and enthusiasm, ensuring consistent member engagement.
  • Effectively communicate special events, club services, programs, and schedules to members and guests.
  • Serve as an expert on all aspects of club facilities, services, and operational hours.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • A basic criminal background check will be required as part of the hiring process. This is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and members.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged standing and walking required for daily duties.
