Description

Acosta is looking for merchandisers to work with a well-known grocery retailer. You will be called upon to go to various grocery stores in the region to make repairs. This is a part-time position.

What we offer

• Available: Schedule Monday to Friday daytime hours
• A stable and guaranteed hourly wage
• 2 weeks of vacation per year (unpaid) Holiday break
• No working evenings and weekends
• Compensation for your km according to company policy and paid travel time
• Travel expenses and expenses are 100% covered by the company when performing outside the assigned territory.
• Flat rate of $50 per night for meals
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves.
• Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs.
• Set up and install promotional materials.
• Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy.
• Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
• Prevent stock-outs by monitoring inventory levels.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
• Create detailed reports and document in-store actions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Any other related tasks
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Merchandising experience (desirable)
• Physical Capability must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Availability to travel for special projects (possible overnights)
• Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
• Takes a sense of pride in the quality of service provided
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines
• Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent communication skills in French (both written and oral)
