This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week

Role: This role serves as a dedicated Strategic Partner Manager for a key strategic partner, providing executive relationship ownership, coordinating Ingram Micro resources, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end partner experience. As the primary point of accountability for partner satisfaction, growth initiatives, escalation management, program adoption, and cross-functional alignment, the role is responsible for protecting and growing a critical revenue stream while driving long-term strategic expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains effective relationships for the high priority strategic account, serving as the executive relationship owner and primary point of contact.
  • Responsible for proactive renewals management.
  • Focus on improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by driving customer success, expanding account value, and minimizing churn through strategic engagement and solution alignment.
  • Deliver key partner business planning milestones within the Partner Lifecycle framework, ensuring partner alignment and consistent customer engagement across the lifecycle stages.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for partner satisfaction, ensuring a seamless end-to-end partner experience and proactive management of partner needs.
  • Orchestrate Ingram Micro resources across sales, operations, vendor management, and support teams to drive alignment and successful execution of partner initiatives.
  • Lead partner growth initiatives and drive adoption of Ingram Micro and Microsoft programs to maximize partner value and business outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate partner escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication across internal stakeholders.
  • Lead Partner Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to align performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen strategic collaboration.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment to support strategic objectives, retain critical revenue streams, and drive continued business growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Travel to the partner's office up to one day per week, or as business needs require, to maintain strong relationships and support strategic initiatives.

What you bring to the role:

  • College Diploma or Degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of account management and/or business development experience and ideally experience with recurring solutions.
  • Must be accountable and able to take ownership.
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and organized.
  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is required for this position and the successful candidate must either have this certificate prior to or complete it within 2 months of their start date.

The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is $90,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The ranges above reflects the potential annual starting base pay across all of Canada for all roles. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, including work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. This role is a new role and will not use AI for screening applicants.
