Job Description

• Need Bilingual (French and English).
• Mentor developers, review developers' knowledge
• Be the main SPOC for P1/P2 incidents
• Handle incidents that L1 is not able to resolve
• Assist in building KB to ensure future incident response from 1st level
• Propose solutions to address problems permanently
• Assist for all 3rd party tech support and ticket management
• Be the SME for CTB & IR/RCA completion
• Provide daily updates to team on all activities (shift handover)
• Analyze business requirements
• Code development and/or changes as per the business requirements
• Test code changes (e.g. function change, non-regression...)
