You Are

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:


  • Help clients understand leading business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle
  • Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs
  • Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
  • Give clients options for designs using prototypes
  • Set up, document and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
  • Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered
  • Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts
  • Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs




  • Basic Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud Payroll experience in a functional advisory/consulting role
  • Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations


  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

    Bonus points if:


  • You have an Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll and other HCM Cloud modules
  • You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
  • You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
  • You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing


  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

    role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time

    employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

    The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.

    It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

    British Columbia/Ontario $82,600 to $132,600
