Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including booking
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer support, to
- Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline order processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order
We are looking for:
- Post-Secondary education at Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma level.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience in the software industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience using Salesforce is an asset.
