Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including booking
opportunities and ensuring all necessary information is recorded
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer support, to
address customer inquiries, resolve order-related problems, and improve overall order processing efficiency
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline order processing
workflows and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order
processing and customer service
We are looking for:
  • Post-Secondary education at Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma level.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented
approach to challenges
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Experience in the software industry is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using Salesforce is an asset.
