We are looking to hire a Parts Runner based out of our Fort St. John branch . The Parts Runner/Shop Hand reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is responsible for the daily parts and material pickups for the Purchasing department. This an exciting entry-level role for an individual looking to grow their career.

Responsibilities:
- Complete pick-up and delivery of parts, materials, tools as required.
- General shop maintenance and cleaning.
- Receive shop items and put them into inventory (Re-stocking).
- Prepare Company trucks for work (cleaning, setting up tools, and decals as needed).
- Prepare material orders for shipments to other branches, for lay away for projects, or on trucks and trailers heading to site.
- Assist with inventory counts when required.
- Tag new equipment with CDN tags for tracking and identification purposes.
- Assist with the set-up and take-down of monthly safety meetings.
- Completing regular Shop and forklift inspections.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Grade 12 diploma.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Steel toed work boots.
- Forklift ticket would be an asset.
