- Work alongside a collaborative and professional culinary team in a luxury environment where precision, pride, and guest experience set the standard

- Assist in the daily mise en place and production for all pastry outlets
- Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the team during service periods, including plating and finishing desserts
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste where possible
- Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings
- Other duties assigned
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous pastry experience and/or relevant trade schooling preferred
- Strong attention to detail and passion for pastry arts
- Demonstrate a strong ability to manage stress, remain composed, and perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food Safe certificate
- Willingness to work all hours including, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with the demands of a 5-star hospitality environment
