Educational Assistant

Location: École Oriole Park School

30 hours weekly

Commencing August 24, 2026

The successful applicant will provide support to students in the Pathways classroom. This program is designed to deliver a living skills program to students with severe to profound developmental delays who may also have physical, sensory or medical conditions.

Desirable qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Assistant diploma or diploma in a related field.
• Experience or education in working with children with complex needs and potentially aggressive behaviours is preferred.
• Comfortable working independently, with minimal guidance.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work with technology supports such as Google Classroom.
• Toileting and lifting may be required.
