Rotation/Shifts

Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements

  • University Degree in Health Sciences or equivalent;
  • Current credentials and registered with active membership with health or health-related professional college;
  • Minimum five (5) years working in a healthcare environment;
  • Knowledge/experience in concerns management;
  • Knowledge of health risk management practice and health law;
  • Knowledge of legislation/regulations and awareness of risk management;
  • Knowledge of hospital organization and knowledge of health care delivery system;
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology; pharmacology; disease processes;
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation/mediation/dispute resolution and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills;
  • Empathic listening skills;
  • Strong coaching and counselling skills;
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills;
  • Computer skills (word processing; e-mail; manipulate data for report generation and graphics presentation);
  • Time management skills;
  • Eligible to work in Canada;


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level);
