- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Ability to travel from home to home within the community - a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
- Wellington Region including Mapleton, Minto, Drayton, Mount Forest
- A commitment to person and family-centered care
- Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
- A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
