Are you a passionate Physiotherapist with a strong background in orthopedic care, looking for an opportunity to work within a supportive environment that fosters continuous learning and skill development? At CBI Health, Red Deer Hospital Side, we are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist who is enthusiastic about innovative, evidence-based rehabilitation approaches to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work as part of an interdisciplinary team of Orthopedic surgeons, Sports Medicine Physicians, Athletic Therapists, Kinesiologists, Massage Therapists and other experienced Physiotherapists at a pace that fosters collaboration and ensures successful client outcomes.

  • Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans directed towards enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being.
  • Effectively manage a robust caseload, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in a team environment.
  • Work in close collaboration with our team, contributing to a holistic, client-centered care model and celebration of client outcomes.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and the broader healthcare community to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • A graduate of a recognized School of Physiotherapy.
  • Registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • A team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure both quality care and strong clinical outcomes.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
