Amrize is hiring full-time Plant Operators in Langley, BC, to run asphalt production at its mixing facility. This role includes managing daily plant operations, performing maintenance, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with dispatch and drivers. Ideal for experienced candidates with an aptitude for machinery, safety, and multitasking.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years of asphalt plant experience
• Familiarity with heavy machinery and mixing systems
• Strong safety awareness and physical stamina
• Available for night shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Must pass drug, alcohol, and medical screening

• Experience with Astec asphalt systems
• Ability to manage multiple operations under pressure
• Solid record-keeping and team coordination skills
