Are you efficient and detail oriented? Provide effective clerical support to our team so they run smoothly and we can in turn provide the best healthcare possible.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and post staff rotations and schedules.
• Arrange for relief staff and answer scheduling and timekeeping inquiries.
• Allocate and call in staff to fill long and short term vacancies.
• Receive and process vacation, leave of absence and/or terminations.
• Liaise with the client manager and Human Resources department regarding present and future staff scheduling and timekeeping needs.
• Assist the Manager with the line and rotation assignment and plotting of orientation shifts for new employees and in tracking and backfilling vacant positions.
• Maintain related records and documentation such as attendance records, leave requests, and relief staff availability.
• Maintain equipment and stationary supplies.
• Prepare correspondence, memos, minutes, agendas, notices, reports, flow charts and spreadsheets.
• Handle reception duties.
• Provide scheduling and timekeeping related information to departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Grade 12 and three years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Operate related equipment.
