Your Key Responsibilities

• Pre-assembly, pairing of rings, rolling elements and cages
• Creation of assembly lists
• Review and print off Assembly routers through SAP, required drawings and Assembly lists
• Measure / document raceway sizes, create inventory labels using applicable software
• Perform raceway width and split inner ring verifications using required measuring equipment
• Issue raceway sizes for mating components in production to ensure proper bearing clearances are met.
• Set up and operate all part/component washing equipment as required.
• Perform advanced problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
• Required to perform inspection on own work usingprecision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work.
• Ability to read and interpret production prints.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 diploma
• Experience: Demonstrated competency at Assembler level
• Skills: Knowledge of production and quality systems
