Print Operator (Digital Small-Format)

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Digital Printing. Our Digital Printing Operator will be responsible for operating Digital Printers and Finishing Equipment.

Qualifications and Task Requirements:

• Operate Digital Printing Equipment (Konica Minolta C12000)
• Operate all Digital Print finishing (Folding, Laminating and Cutting Machines)
• Work with MGI JET Varnish 3D
• Utilize Fiery RIP Software
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an asset
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, and periodically be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Have good colour matching and accuracy skills
• Complete tasks on time and efficiently problem-solve.
• Work independently with little or no supervision and as a team with the other departments.
• Able to multitask well, remain organized, and handle many projects at one time.
• Hard-working, assertive, ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet deadlines.
