$75,000 – $90,000 per year

In this role, you will:
- Own the full lifecycle, backlog, and roadmap for assigned ERP and WMS applications, ensuring alignment with business goals, system stability, and compliance requirements.
- Lead and support new system implementations and major upgrades to existing platforms, acting as a key resource throughout planning, delivery, and adoption.
- Evaluate and prioritize enhancements by balancing value, risk, operational impact, and available delivery capacity.
- Provide clear product leadership to delivery and support teams by defining outcomes, setting priorities, and making timely scope and sequencing decisions.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure solutions are supportable, sustainable, and designed for long-term success.
- 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a related application lifecycle role supporting enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience owning and improving production applications, within manufacturing or other regulated (cGMP) environments would be a plus.
- A strong understanding of software delivery and operational support practices, including Agile, SDLC, incident, and change management.
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS platforms and lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps or ITSM solutions.
- The ability to use data (SQL, reports, metrics) to support analysis, prioritization, and decision-making.
