We are seeking a Production Worker – Union (Canada) to join our team at our Winnipeg bakery. As a Production Worker, you will support high‑volume production by assembling, inspecting, and packaging baked goods to ensure all products meet customer quality standards and are prepared efficiently for distribution.

We are seeking a Production Worker – Union (Canada) to join our team at our Winnipeg bakery. As a Production Worker, you will support high‑volume production by assembling, inspecting, and packaging baked goods to ensure all products meet customer quality standards and are prepared efficiently for distribution.
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: Rotation between Morning, Afternoon and Nights
- Hours: 8- Hour Shifts
- Scheduled Hours: Between 24 - 40 based on production needs
- Weekend availability: Required
- Hourly Rate: $17.00
- Safely handle baked products and support efficient packaging to meet quality and customer expectations
- Operate and monitor high‑speed production lines to maintain consistent product flow
- Inspect products throughout production and remove waste or defective items
- Maintain clean and hazard‑free work areas throughout the shift
- Follow GMPs, PPE requirements, and food safety standards at all times
- Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns promptly to supervisory staff
- Support production goals through teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety policies
- Grade 12 education or equivalent with basic math skills
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a diverse team setting
- Ability to follow scheduling, quality, and safety procedures after training
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Open availability to work all assigned shifts
- Experience in factory, warehouse, or food production environments
- Knowledge of production equipment and line operations
- Strong communication skills across teams and departments
- Ability to punch in/out using a time‑clock system
