We are looking for a Player Experience (PX) Researcher to join our team on a 9-month contract, with a focus on enhancing player experiences across our ARPG portfolio. In this role, you will act as a strategic research partner to development teams, helping teams understand player needs, motivations, and behaviors throughout the game development lifecycle. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, feature development, and player experience decisions. You will report to the Manager of Player Experience Product for Lifestyles and ARPG, located onsite in our Montreal site.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with game teams to align research with franchise goals and strategies.
- Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence franchise direction.
- Advocate for the player perspective by presenting player insights and recommended actions to game teams and leadership, empowering data-informed decisions.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into compelling insights that clearly communicate player needs, pain points, motivations, and opportunities.
- Refine and enhance departmental research processes to increase efficiency and influence.
- Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI), or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience leading research projects from planning to delivery.
- 3+ years of industry experience conducting user research across platforms.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones and remotely.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods.
- Strong understanding of ARPG games and mechanics.
