On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement, and execution activities associated with the renewal, renegotiation, and potential transition of these services.
This role requires a seasoned leader who has successfully delivered large and complex enterprise initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, business units, and executive decision-makers. Experience may come from technology, infrastructure, construction, utilities, transportation, outsourcing, or other large-scale enterprise environments.

This role requires a seasoned leader who has successfully delivered large and complex enterprise initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, business units, and executive decision-makers. Experience may come from technology, infrastructure, construction, utilities, transportation, outsourcing, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead the overall contract renewal and service transition program.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, governance structures, milestones, and reporting.
- Coordinate activities across business, operational, technology, procurement, legal, and vendor teams.
- Drive program execution while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points.
- Facilitate collaboration between executives, business leaders, operational teams, external vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Lead steering committees, working groups, and executive governance forums.
- Build alignment and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate planning for potential service continuation, expansion, restructuring, or transition.
- Support assessments of future-state operating models and service delivery options.
- Ensure business continuity throughout planning and execution activities.
- Support commercial workstreams related to contract renewal and negotiation activities.
- Coordinate vendor engagement activities, issue resolution, and decision support.
- Ensure operational, financial, and service impacts are identified and managed.
- Prepare status reporting, risk summaries, executive briefings, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
- Present complex information in a concise and actionable manner for senior leadership.
- 10+ years of progressive Program Management experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting major commercial contract renewals, renegotiations, outsourcing initiatives, managed services agreements, or strategic sourcing programs.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale vendor agreements involving significant financial, operational, and service-delivery impacts.
- Proven experience coordinating procurement, legal, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders throughout contract or service transition initiatives.
- Experience leading large-scale transition, transformation, or service integration programs involving multiple vendors and workstreams.
- Strong executive communication, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Managed services or outsourcing environments.
- Vendor Management Office (VMO) experience.
- Service transition or service integration initiatives.
- Public sector or healthcare environments.
- Experience with agreements supporting technology, operational, infrastructure, or enterprise shared services.
