About the job:

  • Support project governance, reporting, and performance tracking across the organization; ensure that all projects align with strategic objectives and follow standardized processes with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve visibility, and support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Track project milestones and key deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic KPIs.
  • Consolidate and maintain PMO dashboards, project documentation, and reporting packages.
  • Conduct data analysis on project performance and generate executive-level reports.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including project managers, department heads, and executives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Support portfolio management activities such as project intake, prioritization, and resource planning.
  • Support the development and optimization of PMO frameworks, tools, and standards.
  • Promote adherence to PMO methodologies and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.

Job requirements

About the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a PMO or enterprise project support role with strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Solid data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with strategic portfolio management or organizational transformation projects.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is an asset.
