Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the overall project plan;
  • Coordinate internal and external contributors;
  • Ensure the delivery of deliverables according to cost, time and quality;
  • Supervise and mentor project teams;
  • Manage change requests and control governance;
  • Identify, analyze and manage project risks;
  • Produce reports and progress statuses;
  • Support complex strategic mandates;
  • Collaborate with vendor management.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

  • Hold a PMP, MGP or ACP certification (asset);
  • Have a 2nd cycle degree in project management (asset);
  • Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in managing complex projects;
  • Have experience in the financial sector;
  • Have experience in a high-visibility multi-project environment;
  • Have expertise in cybersecurity, including cryptography and asset management;
  • This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
