Your role
We are seeking an aspiring, self-motivated, and collaborative Project Manager to be at the forefront of leading the growth of our Northern Ontario business unit.

Your role

Responsibilities
- You’ve completed a number of projects, varying in size and scope in the public sector relating to educational, municipal or other institutional buildings, facilities, healthcare, and essential infrastructure
- Your clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives
- Your clients are impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical issues
- A strong desire to grow our business presence in the local market and meet company growth targets.
- A university degree or diploma in engineering or construction management (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).
- 4 – 8 years’ experience as a practitioner including projects and programs of work in planning, design, healthcare, construction, Indigenous communities and other capital projects
- Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively.
- An established network of industry contacts and relationships within the region as well as involvement with applicable regional industry and trade associations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills including a proven ability to develop winning proposals and win competitive interviews.
- Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered a strong asset.
- A strong sense of community and involvement in local community boards and associations.
