Duties + Responsibilities
- Answer cold calls
- File Opening
- File Closing
- Answer email requests
- Land Titles Spin II searches
- Municipality Tax Searches
- Save and review Certificate Possession and Occupancy Permits received
- Save and review Mortgage Instructions
- Maintain excel spreadsheets
- Bank runs
- Shelve/Filing/Real Estate Island area general maintenance
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Miscellaneous support to multiple Paralegals/lawyers
- Invoicing support to Paralegals/Lawyers
- Reporting support to Paralegals/Lawyers
- Other tasks as assigned
- 1+ years of experience in support real estate team
- Advanced computer knowledge with an aptitude for technical software programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player, cooperative, flexible, and professional
- Excellent customer service skills, internal and external
- Ability to take and follow instructions and, once training is complete, to work independently and problem solve
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Normal week-day office hours (35)
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
