What You’ll Do:


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, verifying background checks, and preparing offer letters for successful candidates
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source candidates with specific skill sets
  • Contribute to the execution of recruitment initiatives, such as hiring days, career fairs, and targeted advertising through social media, to expand the candidate pool
  • Oversee job postings on both external and internal Careers Pages
  • Track and report on recruitment activities, providing updates to senior management for review
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure recruitment processes and initiatives are developed, communicated, and effectively implemented
  • Support business needs from an organizational effectiveness perspective, aiding recruitment strategies
  • Create and maintain various recruitment reports
  • Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure compliance with recruiting processes and procedures
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment strategies and plans
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that are not captured in this position description


Qualifications:


  • Post-secondary student in Human Resources is preferred
  • 1 year of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience is preferred
  • Administrative experience is required
  • Applicant Tracking knowledge and skills preferred
  • Solid understanding and ability to source candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Experience managing a large region and multiple managers or stakeholders
  • Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
