Skills & Experience

  • 5 years’ experience in Recruitment or HR Administration in a corporate setting or freelance capacity.
  • A strong passion for learning and development and career coaching.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoys helping others thrive

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions
  • Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support provided
  • Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews and qualify candidates
  • Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates
  • Support onboarding processes and assist in the success goals of your team
