Salary: + annual bonus + CE allowance + dental benefits + flex health benefits + uniform allowance.

Reports to: CEO

Hours: Mostly days, occasional evenings and weekends

Job Description

Regional Manager Purpose

To support and train the Area Managers and lead the company to its vision.

Regional Manager Duties

• Be able to systemize what an ideal dental office looks like.
• Train Area Manager and certify to independently follow our vision
• Appropriately holding Area managers accountable to their position
• PR’s of AMAN’s in a systemized manner
• Ensure systems are being properly adhered to -Use the company’s best practices
• Forecasting along with P&L reviews
• Manage Dentist Retention
• Monthly Team Meetings
• Op’s Meeting
• Use situational leadership.
• Establish concepts for Team Day and Leadership Retreat that fulfil vision and painted picture
• Renovation management
• Understand and utilize the Org Chart/LOA
