Rate of Pay: $37.604 - $39.020 per hour

We need a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Emergency team! As The Successful Applicant, You Will Do The Following

• Provide direct patient care within the RPN scope of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the healthcare team.
• Deliver supportive, preventive, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative care.
• Promote patient health, safety, and well-being.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
• Being able to navigate hyperacute - high volume shifts.
• Work independently and as part of the fast-paced ED team.
  
  

Required

What You’ll Bring

• Current Registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BLS, ACLS, Physical Assessment course
• One-year recent experience in acute care nursing
  
  

Preferred

• Current emergency nursing experience
• Coronary Care Level 1
• Meditech Expanse
