Salary: 60,000$ - $75,000 (based on experience)

Within our dynamic team, the Relationship Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing customer journeys, managing
newsletters and various email blasts, for various brands. The Relationship Marketing Specialist will work closely in collaboration with the Specialist, digital content and social media and the responsible for the protection of privacy.

Responsibilities
The Relationship Marketing Specialist's main functions will include:

- Develop an overall email marketing strategy to reach the objectives of our brands;
- Will be responsible for the CRM marketing module and its implementation:
- Microsoft Dynamics;
- Develop email campaigns (drip campaigns) / newsletters targeted;
- Develop marketing automation, both email and push notifications;
- Create an editorial calendar to plan and execute campaigns, pair with the digital content specialist;
- Creation of persuasive and eye-catching content, along with digital content specialist;
- Optimize email/newsletter content to maximize engagement;
-Management of mailing lists. Segment mailing lists into depending on demographic, behavioral or subscriber preferences;
- Manage the conversion “funnel” in collaboration with the conversion manager digital;
- Maintain and update mailing lists to ensure the quality of contacts;
- Implement processes for acquiring new subscribers and unsubscribe;
- Analyze test results and make continuous improvements in the countryside;
- Monitor key performance indicators (open rate, clicks, conversion rate, etc.) and provide regular reports;
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in marketing through emails, including compliance with data protection laws;
- Follow industry best practices for deliverability of emails, authentication and spam management.

Qualifications
Qualifications required for the Relationship Marketing Specialist:

- Previous experience in the field of email marketing, preferably in a similar role;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- In-depth knowledge of campaign management tools by emails;
- Ability to analyze data and use the results to make informed decisions;
- Knowledge of best practices in design and email layout;
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Results orientation and attention to detail.

Summary
