We’re RYPM.ca - an all in one rental platform managing 25,000+ rental units with one goal: simplify leasing through technology. We’ve built a fully digital rental platform where property owners can list, track, and manage their rentals - all in one place. But before they’re on the platform, they need to book a quick appointment with us to get professional photos and video taken of their property.

That’s where you come in.

We’re hiring remote Appointment Setters to call property owners and set appointments to schedule photoshoots for their homes and onboard their listings into our system. It’s a high-volume, 100% commission-based role, but with structure, training, and serious earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make 150+ daily outbound calls to rental property owners (we provide the leads).
• Book appointments for our Leasing Agents to take free photos and video for properties.
• Onboard property owners onto our platform and show them how to navigate it.
• Use CRM to log updates, track results, and follow structured workflows.
• Communicate directly with our internal team, no in-person meetings or field visits required.
• Educate owners on how our platform works and why they should list on our platform for free.

What You Need:

• 5+ years of sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling experience
• 2+ years working from home and comfortable using CRM, phone systems, and managing your time
• Excellent spoken English with a confident and energetic phone presence
• A reliable computer (16GB+ RAM) minimum, noise cancelling headset, and high-speed internet
