What We Need
The Restaurant Managers primary objective is to lead, guide, assist, supervise and monitor the quality of work of the Front of House associates. He / she will be in charge of time and attendance, scheduling, maintaining monthly budgets, and working with the Executive Chef. The candidate will also assist managers in the smooth running of operations and the establishment of standards and procedures.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and payroll;
- Attend weekly strategic planning and management meetings;
- Regularly monitor and follow up with guest feedback;
- Perform weekly inventory checks, maintain par stocks and fill orders;
- Maintain ratios and monthly budgets;
- Accountable for the everyday needs of the department.
What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position
- High school diploma;
- Minimum five years of experience in food & beverage and customer service (including experience with POS systems);
- Knowledge of wine characteristics and pairings;
- Minimum two years in a lead roll.
- Diploma in hospitality
- Experience with LightSpeed and Moneris programs
You will work on flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
