What You'll Do
- Communicate effectively with staff to coordinate the timely preparation and delivery of requests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Collaborate with servers to address any guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, such as condiments and utensils, as necessary to support efficient service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent, an asset
- Experience in restaurant service, an asset
- Good physical condition: must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry loads of up to 50 lb
- Excellent stress and pressure management skills
- Sociable and team player
- Natural ability to communicate well
