The RV Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring our rental fleet is safe, reliable, and customer-ready. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems while gaining valuable experience in the RV industry.
What You'll Do
- Perform pre-rental inspections to ensure RVs are customer-ready
- Complete minor repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other RV systems
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and basic servicing
- Review work orders and identify larger repair needs for further assessment
- Winterize and de-winterize RVs
- Assist with fleet turnaround, transfers, and seasonal preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Experience in RV repair, automotive maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or general renovations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Comfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet in length
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for rotating Saturdays and peak-season overtime
- RV Level 1 Certification
- Previous experience working on RVs, trailers, boats, or similar recreational vehicles
