The Sales Agent Experience Specialist is responsible for providing reporting, analysis, and solutions to support our goal of creating a top performing sales organization and create a winning sales culture. The Sales Agent Experience Specialist will work in collaboration with other stakeholders to assist the National Sales Director in deploying strategies and initiatives to the sales team, measuring, and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of these strategies to ensure they meet business objectives.

If you are great at:
- Collaborating with sales leadership to identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and AI driven innovations that optimize the sales process.
- Generating and analyzing sales reports categorizing data by sales segments and unique characteristics (class of business, market segmentation, territory).
- Work closely with sales operations team to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that sales agents have the necessary resources, tools, training, and communications to succeed.
- Minimum University Degree or College Diploma and/or industry-specific experience in a similar position.
- Minimum 3 years Sales Experience with a track record of success.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Insurance industry experience an asset.
- Bilingual French/English an asset.
