The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries related to vehicle titles, payments, and transactions, via email, telephone, and on-site. As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you will be asked to relay information relating to our services and processes, and locate and provide appropriate documentation and company information as needed.

What You Will Do
- Communicate vehicle title requests to our customers across Canada. Confirm accurate vehicle VIN numbers, odometer readings, and that titles contain no alterations and meet provincial requirements.
- Coordinate communications and operations between the account and operational teams in order to manage receipt and release of vehicles
- Utilize various systems, namely our EBlock Operating System, to help manage vehicle releases and on-site customer requests
- Perform day-to-day transactions which include locating, investigating, verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording data in various tracking systems, relating to task management, accounting data, and company systems
- Maintain customer records by relaying and updating account information
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular verbal and written communication and provide timely documentation and resolution of issues
- Execute recurring monthly reporting to support our Sales and Operations teams
- Coordinate with multiple departments to communicate, coordinate, and resolve items as necessary
- Conduct weekly visits to Access Nova Scotia Halifax to process documents
- Provide ongoing assessment of accounts’ current service level needs and bring any new service needs to the attention of your manager
- Experience in the car auction or automotive industry an asset, but not mandatory
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong competency with computers and associated software(s) including Microsoft Excel/Word and/or Google Sheets/Docs
- Strong abstract analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships, and ability to work in a team environment
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Certification in sales or relevant field is a plus
