TITAN is a no-code, web-based platform that integrates into the Salesforce ecosystem. Our products allow for seamless form generation, data collection, and workflow automation, all with no coding required.
We are looking to hire a Sales Engineer from North America to join our growing global pre-sales team.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our sales efforts—partnering closely with Account Executives to deliver impactful product demonstrations, drive technical discovery, and showcase how TITAN can solve complex business challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem.

We are looking to hire a Sales Engineer from North America to join our growing global pre-sales team.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our sales efforts—partnering closely with Account Executives to deliver impactful product demonstrations, drive technical discovery, and showcase how TITAN can solve complex business challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored product demos for clients’ Salesforce environments.
- Translate technical features into business value and ROI.
- Act as a technical expert on TITAN’s products and Salesforce integrations.
- Conduct technical discovery to understand customer needs and Salesforce setups.
- Build proof-of-concepts, configure demo environments, and support trials.
- Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and product comparisons.
- Provide client-driven feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Manage full sales cycle; prospecting to closing the deal.
- 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
- Deep Salesforce knowledge (Integrations, AppExchange).
- Experience configuring or demoing in Salesforce.
- Strong grasp of SaaS solutions and B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
- Ability to simplify complex features into value-driven messaging.
- Confident in delivering demos and handling technical objections.
- Self-starter passionate about customer success and innovation.
