As a Sales Representative you will help customers find the Mazda that fits their needs, from first test drives to final handshakes, while building lasting relationships and creating unforgettable experiences. What You Will Do

• Be the Trusted Automotive Expert – Connect with customers, showcase Mazda's lineup, and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs.
• Hit Your Goals – Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets and drive results.
• Deliver an Exceptional Experience – Educate clients on vehicle features, financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase process.
• Close Deals & Celebrate Success – Guide customers through test drives, finalize transactions, and deliver vehicles with confidence.
• Work as a Team – Collaborate with finance, service, and management to maximize customer satisfaction.

• 1+ Years Experience & Passion for the Automotive Industry – You love cars and helping people find the perfect one.
• Energetic & Personable – You make great first impressions and build lasting relationships.
• Strong Communicator – Whether in person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients.
• Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the game.
• Team Player & Go-Getter – You work well with others but also hustle independently.
