We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds targets, and supporting the professional growth of sales staff. This role is critical to driving the company’s revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Passion to connect with customers and drive sales. Provide excellent customer service as per Company standards.
- Embrace a culture that puts the customer experience first and foremost.
- Be perceptive to customer’s wants and needs and utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong knowledge of Lacoste product, including sizing, content, and features. Communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise way to build sales.
Supervise, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze sales results and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client issues as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to streamline sales processes.
- Manage and resolve team or sales-related conflicts efficiently.
- Sales and Goal-Oriented: Maintain a high level of performance aligned with company goals.
- Customer Service Oriented: Build lasting relationships that drive sales through exceptional service.
