Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis and data preparation efforts within SAP environments
- Utilize SAP Data Services (BODS) for data extraction, transformation, and load
- Implement and monitor data quality rules and controls
- Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with SAP functional leads, data governance teams, stakeholders, and BODS developers
- Interpret SAP master and transactional data structures
- Provide leadership and mentorship to developer teams
- Must currently be based in Canada and have the right to work there
- At least 20 years of experience in data-related roles, including SAP Data Services
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BODS (ETL, data quality rules, and data warehousing)
- Expertise in SAP data models, including master and transactional data
- Experience leading cross-functional data teams
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
