You are:
A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and helping their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a senior manager, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure. You know how to shape opportunities and work with clients where there is ‘blank space’. You are a people developer looking to build a business and develop a high performing team.
The work:
Work on a multi-wave S/4HANA implementation of several SAP modules/products including Finance, Commercial, Procurement, SCM, EWM, MES, BI, IBP and EDI.
Roll out the solution to numerous client locations depending upon their geographic spread
Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of waves from planning to execution.
Provide strategic leadership and manage program finances and commercials.
Build strong partnerships with clients.
Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture. Provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth, enhance team performance, and build a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
Shape projects from ‘white space’.
Establish and manage delivery governance structures (steering committees, PMO, RAID logs, change control).
Oversee impact assessments, organizational readiness, training, and hypercare plans.
Provide leadership for deployment planning, cutover execution, and transition to support.
Facilitate coordination and effective communication across multiple system integrators, offshore/nearshore teams, and client SMEs.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 12 years of experience in Delivering SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global) consisting of program planning/management, Business Case development, planning and implementation across different phases of Software Engineering process
Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in areas such as finance, commercial and procurement
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources
Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and should be comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams.
Experience working in a Managed Service environment.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Azure DevOps.
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
Bonus points if:
You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
You have experience & certification in SAP project Activate
You have PMP and ITIL certifications

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
