About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
As part of a large-scale program to upgrade our security practices, particularly in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM), our team is looking for someone to contribute to the execution of our roadmap, which consists of numerous large-scale and high-profile cross-functional projects.

About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
As part of a large-scale program to upgrade our security practices, particularly in the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM), our team is looking for someone to contribute to the execution of our roadmap, which consists of numerous large-scale and high-profile cross-functional projects.
What You'll Do Here
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Assist the team in defining delivery objectives and ensuring their achievement.
- Promote and support the use of agile practices within the team
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure proper backlog management and prioritization.
- Identify and remove obstacles that could hinder the team's progress.
- Ensure transparency and visibility of team progress through regular reporting.
- Foster a collaborative and trusting work environment.
- Encourage continuous improvement within the team.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to guide and support agile teams to achieve ambitious project goals.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders, beyond security teams, in IAM project deliveries.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IAM) is an asset.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Certification Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Practical experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering large, complex projects.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
