About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Adviser Service Delivery who can provide specialist guidance and support across Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) service delivery for a Product Group within the business.
This is a great opportunity to be responsible for supporting end‑to‑end service delivery, demand management and portfolio governance, while acting as a trusted interface between business stakeholders and IS&T.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, and working closely with managers, senior advisors, vendors and business stakeholders, you will
- Act as a subject matter expert across service delivery, demand shaping and portfolio governance
- Support stakeholder engagement by providing clear, timely updates and insight on service performance
- Compile, analysing and reporting operational and portfolio data to support decision‑making
- Support demand and portfolio management activities, ensuring initiatives are visible, prioritised and aligned
- Assist with service management routines, including KPIs, dashboards, service reviews and OKR tracking
- Support knowledge transfer between planning teams, business units and vendors to enable effective delivery
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- University degree in a field related to information technology
- Extensive experience working in IT service delivery, portfolio support or business strategy roles within large organisations
- Demonstrate leadership in safety, teamwork, respect, integrity, and excellence
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and contributing to governance and decision‑making forums
- Experience supporting service performance, demand management or portfolio coordination activities
- A structured, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

The base salary range for this role is $116,000 - $146,000CAD in addition to allowances, bonus, equity, health or retirement benefits, and any other discretionary benefits offered at Rio Tinto. Our base salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the skills, experience, and impact you bring to the role.
