In addition, Financial modeling is definitely your thing and you’re adept at collaborating across senior management teams to identify, evaluate and execute strategic initiatives, and support the Company’s long-term strategic planning. A day in the life of the Sr. Associate, Corporate Development includes:

  • Assess industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential corporate development opportunities
  • Act as strategic advisor to business by leveraging relationships and understanding of industry
  • Develop complex financial models to evaluate feasibility and potential returns of strategic projects and initiatives, including new ventures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal, financial and operational aspects of potential transactions, including synergy capture and alignment with the Company’s strategy and capital allocation framework
  • Prepare financial analysis and valuation of potential M&A opportunities
  • Support financial due diligence and integration of M&A opportunities
  • Prepare quarterly competitor analysis and benchmarking and market research
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required

For this role, you’ll come equipped with:

  • Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience in a complex environment;
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Charted Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance or related field of study is required
  • Strong communication skills; verbal and written
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to multi-task to drive multiple initiatives forward
  • Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivation and ability to undertake new challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong understanding and awareness of key stakeholders and at appropriate senior levels to drive support for project/initiative and ability to adapt to their needs
  • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The salary range for this position is: $98,000.00-$122,500.00
