We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Senior Business Analyst for our North America Industrial Logistics team! This person should be located within a commutable distance to one of our locations including: Benson, MN; Fargo, ND; Goodfield, IL; Grand Island, NE; Lebanon, IN; New Holland, PA; Racine, WI; St Nazianz, WI; Saskatoon, SK; Sioux Falls, SD; or Wichita, KS. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in office.

This person will primarily hold customer interaction, training and statistical analysis responsibility for our Supplier Portal, as well as other logistics and manufacturing systems for our North American region. You will work with a team of knowledgeable colleagues to make a positive impact in the organization.

Responsibilities


  • Business Analysis: Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to each North America plant and all suppliers on a monthly basis.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and project goals.
  • Project Management: Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and process improvement targets.
  • Change Management: Define the business case for change, assess the impact of changes, and document requirements to ensure successful implementation. Create and maintain supplier SOP manual.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior analysts, delegate tasks, and oversee the project’s analysis phase.
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing phase of new systems or modifications to ensure they meet business needs and expectations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Monitor, manage the supplier relations portal and mailbox. Prepare reports on logistics performance, communicate findings and recommendations to management, and collaborate with other departments to implement changes.
  • Training: Provides training for suppliers, plants (Production and Service Parts) and other internal company users on all aspects of Supplier Relations Portal. Complete regular portal documentation review and update as needed.
  • Technology Implementation: Evaluate and recommend the use of new technologies to improve logistics operations, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and data analytics tools.
  • Implementation Planning: Developing a comprehensive implementation plan, including timelines, resources, and milestones. Create supplier Portal ownership plan including a comprehensive RACI.


The annual salary for this role is $72,750-$106,700 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:


  • Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or other business management/operations degree program, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8 or more years of Business Analyst experience in a relevant industry.
  • 3 or more years of experience working with statistical analysis and/or data analytics within their role.
  • 3 or more years of customer internal and external customer interaction experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Flexible hours to accommodate worldwide interactions as needed.
